Shipping and return policy

The Choose Cthulhu return policy allows you to return the products in case you are not satisfied with your purchase up to 30 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The products must be returned in the same state in which you received them. Therefore, new products must be returned new, unused and complete.

Note: if the reason for the return of the product is not due to that it arrived damaged, it was defective or it was incorrect, we will not refund the amount of the gift wrap, the shipping costs or any other service related to your order; We will only refund the amount of the product.

Defective product

You can return a defective product within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order through our email communitychoosecthulhu@gmail.com. There are offered the different solutions to choose from.

Product damaged during shipping

If you receive a damaged product during your shipment, send a photo of the damaged packaging before opening it, to return it within 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to our email: communitychoosecthulhu@gmail.com

Shipping costs

For Spain the shipping costs are:
€ 5.20 up to 2kg.
Free shipping costs for complete collections.

For continental Europe:
€ 9.40 up to 1 kg.
€ 12 for complete collections.

For USA UU and Latin America:
€ 14 up to 1 Kg.
€ 20 a for complete collections.

Rest of the world:
Complete collections € 25.
